Service Adviser
D-Bros Automotive is a top tier automobile shop, specializing in the servicing, repairs and tuning of VAG vehicles. Since 2018, the shop is part of the international Q-Service and UAS, and is the official partner in Bulgaria for the REVO, Milltek, Sachs Performance and TTE brands. The shop is fully certified to service warranty automobiles of any and all brands in Bulgaria.
On our journey towards fulfilling our mission of continued service improvement and excellence, we are looking for an exceptional person with an outstanding passion for automobiles, to assume the role of a Service Adviser.
The expectations and duties of the position include:
● The administration of customer enquiries through various social media channels and the “Автоиконом” digital assistance service
● Preparing service proposals and estimates, alongside the company’s Sales Advisers, based on the customer’ enquiries and additional clarifications obtained during follow up conversations
● The administration of the shop’s repair schedule and maintaining it in a proper order, alongside the shop’s Sales Manager
● The acceptance of customers’ automobiles into the shop and registering their’ and the customer’s information within the internal D Bros database and other software systems, and performing initial test drives when/where needed
● Assigning work orders to the shop’s mechanics and overseeing process, until the necessary services are properly completed and meet the high company standards for vehicles to be returned to customers, including performing a final test drive when and where needed
● Leading the communication with customers and maintaining the high company standards and guides, including:
○ keeping patrons updated on the achieved progress and agreed upon time and financial parameters of the performed services
○ discussing further or unexpected work if/when such occurs
● Leading the communication with other stakeholders, including:
○ the Sales Advisers during the offer estimation process
○ the mechanics on progress or questions around the performed services
○ the technical expertise team
○ external partners and vendors, including the coordination of spare parts and consumables deliveries
● Data entry of all relevant services carried out, into the D-Bros database and other relevant internal and external systems
● Upholding the requirements for technical safety of the company and adhering to the company's internal rulebook and regulations
The following requirements are mandatory for the position:
● Higher Education degree, preferably in a technical and auto-related field of study
● Deep technical understanding related to the construction, operation and repairability of automobiles
● 3 years of administration experience in an automobile service organization
● Experience with service, warehouse and procurement software. Experience with applications such as ELSA and ETKA, would be considered a strong advantage.
● A valid Bulgarian drivers’ licence
● Very good command of the English language
